The lobby was attractive and welcoming but the room itself was quite small. In my particular room, the TV did not work and having arrived late, it wasn't that big of a deal. However, the noise through the night due to other guests was quite noticeable. The staff was EXTREMELY kind and helpful in dealing with the complaint. Not often have I stayed in a hotel where the staff is so helpful and accomodating!

This hotel is okay. I don’t love that the pet friendly rooms are the worst rooms and I have the privilege of paying extra to stay in it. You’re also not allowed to eat your breakfast in your room. You have to eat it downstairs. A staff member literally chased me to the elevator when I tried. If you’re a light sleeper you’ll definitely need earplugs. The heaters are super noisy and you can hear everything that is happening in the hallway. It’s cheap hotel but I guess you get what you pay for.

Staff was friendly and direct. The lobby was very nice for such an unassuming outside view, however my room and the rest of the facility leaves much to be desired. You certainly get the quality one would expect from the rate of the room. The room I had was quite small with dated decor and fixtures. The lightbulbs were a mix of modern LED's and the older yellowish bulbs. The heater in the room was very loud which combined with the nearly hollow pillows made sleeping difficult. The room definitely needs an upgrade and some TLC to bring to a more modern standard.

Because your front desk worker “apparently” talked with Expedia about checking in to late in the early morning. We never did get a refund on that room and it was purchased, we both never stayed at the heritage hotel.
