Terrible staffing in this particular day
I’m staying here many times but the overall service this time was terrible. My room wasn’t ready at 4 PM and when I came back after I had already checked in and paid I had to wait in line with 20 people in front of me. It was a really annoying experience And the staff did nothing about it to make it better.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. Breakfast selection is large and tasty. Would definitely stay there again when in Saskatoon

Entrance to property is a weird scenario but easy enough to manage. Wish they had more luggage carts as 1 is not enough to handle an entire hotel. Water pressure is decent in shower, paint peeling above shower due to inadequate ventilation.

Poor access, road and lot still snowed in 3 days after winter storm. Noisy heater. Dim lighting, needed flashlite to look into suitcase. Not the usual Hampton bed and pillows. Not the usual overall Hampton experience.

Good choice
The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. They picked me up at the airport even though it was -27 degrees outside. The breakfast had plenty of protein options, not just carbs. I didn't use the pool/hot tub. The cookie was good and I like having coffee/tea available all day.

Area around the property hard to rate due to recent huge snowfall. I'm sure it's fine. May consider tightening the electrical plugs for vehicles. They seem very loose on the poles. Still work.
