Overall experience is good except for the very poor service during breakfast. The staff in the dining area was just constantly chatting on her phone while foods are empty and seems like she doesn’t really want be bothered every time a guest asked her something.

I was grateful to have my room changed from one bed and sofa bed to a two queen bedroom, without asking, because it matched the picture online that was used to advertise even though the description was for one queen and a sofa bed. However, my family and I were shocked to see a used toilet that reminded us of a Jim C. movie (“Unintelligent&Unintelligenter”). Thankfully the staff quickly moved us into a room that was not used. There was no soap, not enough towels and the floor was not clean. But the beds were fresh. We stayed two nights and needed to ask for towels and soap. There were plenty of guests and the parking lot seemed to be on the fuller side. It was noisy at night and drawers could be heard slamming between 2-3am. After check out, another guest asked me if I noticed the noise as well. A different staff member asked how our stay was when I returned the keys. I let him know I would not book in here again and would not be able to recommend it to others. He apologized and returned the damage deposit immediately without checking our room. I couldn’t help but wonder if they are short staffed because the hallway floors really needed to be vacuumed and the fresh towels were limited. Hopefully they can turn things around and become a 5 star location.
