My expectations were low, but I was still disappointed in several ways. Little things, like only one water cup, decaf coffee only, and no extra towels available. But bigger things, like the waffle maker not working, and a poor breakfast in general, not like the photo on the website. Twice staff entered our room without knocking, one of those was with the do not disturb sign on the door. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be, despite the poor facilities. I won't be back.

One towel room, with bonus dogfood under the bed..

Not good.. empty water bottle and dog food under the bed..Bed head board looked greasy and needed cleaning. Only decaffinated coffee. And only One towel in the room. No face cloths, no hand towels. Breakfast was absolutly herendous. Cold food, and warm juice and milk...I have stayed here in the past a few times and it was ok, but this time was terrible..
