Lovely stay!

They were having a wedding and a concert that night so the hotel was sold out. I asked for a “quiet” room if possible as I am sensitive to sound when away from home. Hotel clerk put us on the end of a wing and it was glorious. So quiet. Room was very large, comfortable bed, and I felt right at home. We attended the concert at SPAC and it was lovely to have a very nice shuttle to and from the concert! It was SO refreshing to be able to tell the front desk clerk at check out that we loved everything about our stay! Grounds are beautiful and hotel is lovely. Will definitely be staying again for our next concert!

Disappointing Experience at a Premium Price I booked this hotel for a short birthday getaway, choosing to pay a bit extra after a long trip in hopes of a restful stay. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations - this is not a budget hotel. There is no room service, and no real breakfast option beyond packaged snacks from the lobby convenience store. The in-room coffee station does not offer tea or decaf, and the hotel's featured restaurant, Morton's, is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. I wish that had been made clearer when I booked. The view from my room was disheartening: a loud HVAC unit and a flat stretch of tar paper roof with nothing beyond it. The location itself is isolated, which makes it difficult to find alternatives without getting in a car. If there were walkable options nearby, many of these shortcomings might have been easier to overlook. Service was also underwhelming. Staff seemed under-trained, and when I asked about food options, the front desk told me the lack of breakfast was due to "union issues." They also mentioned that guests receiving complimentary casino stays rarely complain, which left me wondering if paying guests are expected to cover the difference. To be fair, the hotel is clean and appears recently updated. But this is not a budget property, and basic amenities and hospitality standards should reflect that. I am disappointed and would not choose to stay here again.

Nice Hotel in Great Location

Impressive property and town for a weekend

Perfect Easter weekend trip. The hotel is real nice, clean and comfortable. We used the pool, played in the casino and used the hotel shuttle to go into town for dinner.
