Staff were very friendly upon arrival and throughout our visit. The hotel was clean and the lobby was very friendly. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfy. The bathroom was large, shower was hot, water pressure was okay. The continental breakfast was about average. Some days better than others. The pool water could have been warmer, but the hot tub was not functional, warm water--but no bubbles/water jets. We'd stay there again (and hope they fixed the hot tub).

Convenient location to enter the town with a short drive and not having to worry about parking. Breakfast offers are always great and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nice hotel quiet clean and friendly staff. Had room in 2nd floor and there was not enough water pressure in the shower to wash my hair

Convenient location next to Saratoga Springs

Great value close to dining, 87 Highway, and Saratoga Springs. Perfect place to sleep on a budget. Breakfast included and plenty of parking. Very quiet and clean room.

Pleasant stay

Overall the hotel is not bad. We particularly like the gym and the swimming pool. The only downside was that a child was yelling and crying loudly at midnight for a few minutes.

Good experience

We’ve stayed here before and there’s a reason we came back. It’s right off the thruway, to begin with. The lobby is clean, the continental breakfast is very good, and the hotel is overall really nice. This time, we spoke with a worker while we were eating breakfast, and she couldn’t be nicer. We will be back.
