Great stay, 2 miles from shopping & restaurants, quiet, great staff! And big plus that my lil fur fella was with me. Overall, highly recommend. Both receptionists were very helpful & very courteous and kind hearted.

Hallways were filthy, patchwork all over the walls, hair in the shower, hair in my ice bucket, shower was luke warm. Person at the front desk suggested parking in the back parking lot and going in the back door to be close to the elevator, the entire back lot all the way up to the back door was a sheet of ice, I almost fell the gentleman in front of me did. Only thing that was good was the bed. I visit Saratoga every year around this time, my first time staying here and the last, I'll be going back to the Hyatt. You get what you pay for.

Except for the young lady at the front desk, Kyleigh, who went out of her way to be helpful and kind, it’s just an average hotel. The staff was great but the room had a bad smell, the phone didn’t work, the pillows were hard and lumpy and the bed is not something you’d dream about getting back in to. I’m not really complaining because for what it cost you can’t have high expectations, and I’d stay there again. It was quiet.
