Tropical Breeze Resort is in a huge rebuilding project after the hurricane. There are piles of debris everywhere. One of the pools was out of service. Most of the rooms are not available. We left because of state of disrepair. We understand that they were hard hit from the hurricane, but the site should be honest and tell people the current inhospitable condition of their "resort". Owner emailed he would reimburse, but have not been credited money from them. Expedia reimbursed most of our stay.

We booked successfully via Expedia but when we drive there at 8 pm there are no employees here and passers by told us it has closed and not yet open to customers. The resort is totally in darkness like A ghosted house. Where should I live in? Who is responsible for that? It’s Christmas holiday and currently I cannnot book any room now?

A very quaint quiet place to stay. We loved our stay and hope they recover quickly from the Hurricanes they experienced. We loved the main pool and had it to ourselves every evening. One important and unusual fact, the mattress was as comfortable as ours at home. We are looking forward to our next visit.

My son and our stay was excellent. Our trip was last minute and we are so glad we chose Tropical Breeze. The staff was pleasant and attentive. I can get over how beautiful our room was and the pool clean and inviting. We have made a commitment to stay at the resort every September. Perfect weather, crowds low and the convenience of the Sierra Market near by was a plus for grocery items. No need to rent a car, Sarasota airport is 20-25 min away - Uber $18-22.00 each way. I can go on and on about our stay.. just say that you won’t find a better and I can’t wait to return. Thank you Tropical Breeze Resort!!!!
