Third floor king room, you could hear all of the road noise below. The AC was super loud, enough so that I woke me up everytime it came on. The TV is mounted near the sitting area and must be swung out to see from the bed. In doing so, you must lay in the bed with your head turned to all the way to the far left... Also, the remote control was trash. You can't feel the buttons and have to turn the light on the see the words on it.

This property has a beautiful view of the manatee river. Gorgeous view during the day. Hotel is very clean and decorated so nice for Christmas. Nearby the hotel is also nicely decorated for Christmas. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are also very spacious. Highly recommended.

Being able to see the dolphins in the marina is amazing from the property or walking across the street to view! Also had it been warmer, enjoying the upper deck swimming pool and bar area.
