Great hotel; misleading breakfast
Great stay. Felt mislead by the breakfast as did many other customers who came to eat. At check-in, they told me the time for breakfast, not mentioning that there was a fee. I went down to eat assuming it was included, yet they charged me $20 for a few slices of bacon.

Sad experience, I will not take this hotel again.
My experience at this hotel was poor. The first night we stayed in the room didn't go well. I have a room with a connecting door between two rooms and you can hear everything coming from the other room. e.g. TV, man coughing, blowing his nose and even when he went to the toilet. It woke me up all night. I also mentioned to the lady at reception that we did not have cold water in the sink. We had to buy bottles of water to wash our teeth and faces. The lady at reception confirms to me that the hotel will take care of it. unfortunately, nothing has changed. We spend 3 nights at the hotel.

The hot tub was broken. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom from the prior client. Additionally. mold in the corner on the sealant on the floor at the corner of the shower where it meets the tile. There are pot holes with the parking lot.

Needs upgrades!!! Ceiling is patched can tell it has water damage in many areas. Housekeeping only every other day which was fine with us but dirty breakfast dishes and trash in hallways. No store to buy essentials. Parking lot major potholes.

I came in from a long day. It was about 12:15 a.m. and of course all I wanted to do was shower and go to sleep. While washing my face which took a little longer than at regular because I had to wait for the water to go down in the sink, I heard dripping coming from the shower. There was water flowing out of the light fixture in the shower. To me electricity and water does not mix. Concerned that there may be a safety issue I called the front desk and reported it and asked what were my options and was it safe for me to go ahead and shower. The front desk person who I do not believe is a maintenance person said that it was no safety issue and the alternative was for me to just wait for it to stop dripping. Not, we can provide someplace else to shower if you feel unsafe or will send a maintenance person to check it out. He did not at all seem concerned so I asked him if this was a normal occurrence and he said no but the alternative was to wait for it to stop. I checked out later that day and ask the front desk person at that time if customer concerns were documented as I handed her my key. She said what is a concern? I explained to her what happened and apparently it had not been documented, she wrote it down, and said she would tell maintenance about it and that was it.
