The property was just off the Interstate and very conveniently located. It was quiet and the front desk staff were nice. However, we did see a cockroach on one of our room walls and also centipede in the bathroom!!

Hotel is in renovation. So beds are new and floors etc. Maybe the renovation is not the best most meticulous job. But at least its clean. Really like it says. No frills, small room, clean and you get to sleep for a reasonable price.

Hotel rooms need a facelift, but beds and sheets were good. Maria serving the breakfast was excellent—very pleasant and efficient. You’re lucky to have her. Breakfast itself was also very good.

The hotel was slammed after hurricane Milton so it was sold out every night with displaced locals and work crews from all over. The hotel has a lot of deferred maintenance and isn't very clean. The room was decent and the bed was comfortable. Just an older hotel and not very well cared for. Located in an area with quick access to major roads.

The hotel room smelled terribly of smoke. I asked to be moved to another room, they said there were none available (however the booking sites showed availability). The manager handed me a bottle of cucumber scented cleaner and suggested I clean it myself.
