breakfast was exelent and room super good,, staff very poor in customer service i came from miami and i call and they told me to come 1 hour before and when i get there the front desk ladie told me ( I dont know what you talking about , we dont have you room ready) and then 200$ hold extra fee of 58$ dosent matter if you use de 25$ per night they gone charge you plus 85$ for parking thats crazy they told us we gone have free drinks and at the bar they told me they dont know anything about the ticket horrible no communication wathever we had money so we pay for drinks plus the day we left they charged me $42.10 and the peole at the coubter they told us they dont know about the charge.. horrible to many charges and they dont know what theyre charging .. but we love the room and breakfast

I was extremely disappointed in my room. You posted room was not as advertised. It said I would have a water view, it actually looked over a construction site. I believe I paid extra for a water view. As I did not use Hilton site I was not a priority to get over rooms. Very unhappy about that

I liked it all The room was comfortable with a great view and very comfy bed. The breakfast was very well supplied and lots of tasty options. Made to order omlet was a nice surprise only thing I’d change was parking fee pretty high.

Downtown Sarasota area, 10 min drive to the beach. Very clean only downfall self parking is $40 per day which is crazy it’s not even valet. Plus they charge a destination fee of $25 per day which is like a resort fee when they’re not a resort just a hotel.

The NBC was an absolute horrible experience, and I would not recommend anybody going there. It is a beautiful location but the customer service is absolutely terrible. And I booked a room for 2 nights, and they stole over $700 worth of mine and would not let us check-in until after 2 AM. Since our flight was delayed

Embassy suites in Sarasota was very nice. I wish the pool was bigger and warmer. Also I wish parking wasn’t so expensive. However, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and happy hour.
