did not like the robot machine checking you in and the foreigner at the other end insisting that he copy your drivers license. Also, did not like the breakfast with all starch, no eggs or bagels. The bathroom in the hotel room needs to be updated.

No real person at the check in. Checking in with a temporary drivers license was very problematic as the guy in India didn’t understand our laws. Internet didn’t work. Breakfast was lacking. Would not grant a late check out.

The automated kiosk instead of front desk staff worked smoothly, but I would prefer an actual person. The complimentary breakfast was adequate, not great. The pool was adequately clean, not great. There was a large water damage hole in the bathroom ceiling that didn’t affect anything other than visual aesthetics. Cleanliness was excellent

Asked for towels through messaging but didn’t get them until the second request. Room was clean. Pool was cold and not usable. Hot breakfast was nice and convenient as well. Overall not horrible but could use some more love.
