It was overall decent. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom door squeaked so loud it could wake the dead and the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you flushed it a couple times

I think the price for the hotel room was high. They have updated the rooms, but there was alot of rust stains on the toilet connections and around the tub. That definitely is an eye sore.

First and last time I stay here.

Rooms were not very clean and very humid. Pillows were uncomfortable. I asked for an extra pillow to sleep and they said they didn’t have any. And they charged a pet fee for each of the nights of my stay but our pet only stayed one night of our three night stay. I’ve left several messages asking for the refund and no one returns my call. I won’t be staying here again.

We filled two roaches in the bathtub. The pull out sofa was extremely hard, thin and uncomfortable. The elevators are very slow to arrive.

The hotel did not meet our expectations and was extremely overpriced. We paid $311 for the night and the room smelled like pure humidity, the bathrooms were full of rust and the sheets did not look/smell clean. Even blasting the AC all night did not get rid of the musty smell.
