Breakfast was stocked incomplete and inconsistent from day to day. Pool towels were too small. Tub drain was very slow. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Bed linens and blankets were shabby. Soap dispenser fell off shower wall in the middle of the night. Coffee after breakfast service was cold. Front desk staff was OK. Parking was ok. We felt safe on the property.

The pool bar was nice!!! Wish it would have stayed open longer! At pm, when we were in bed, we heard dog barking in the hallway. And then kids running in the hallway & yelling~😡😡

Disappointing

The hot tub was disappointing because jets had little power, and pool towels were tiny and thin. Breakfast was only bagels and cereal. Nothing plush, not worth the cost!

The property is a MOTEL not a HOTEL, It looks like a red roof inn that Hilton took over, worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed in, never ever again!

Put the coffee makers back in the rooms.

Ugh! I had a sty in my eye and could not make hot water in the room and they were out of hot water at the coffee station. The water coming out of the sink and shower were less than warm.

When we booked this property we did so because we saw it was a Hilton property. We never ever dreamed that a Hilton property could be as bad as the place was. For starters all the room doors were outside, for sure made security a big issue!! The room had a smell to it, couldn’t quite put my finger on it but my best guess is that it’s a very old building that was once a very poorly ran place and Hiton bought it and did their best to re hab and cover up the nastiness that the place once was. There was mold all over the grout and caulked areas in the bathtub/shower. I do have pictures to prove this! I would recommend this property for anyone!! Hilton should be ashamed that their name is on this facility!!
