I did not think the hotel matched the price. It was clearly that much only because of the location. The bathrooms were outdated and we had bugs crawling around that looked like tiny cockroaches. The Continental breakfast was the bare bones for what is considered a Continental breakfast. I will not stay there again.

The staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check out a half hour later so we could finish packing for the airport. we were also allowed to utilize the pool area while we waited until we had to leave to drive to the airport. All the staff were very friendly and professional, and brought towels to our room when needed.

Location was convenient to beach and any type of dining. Hotel was clean and the pool/tiki bar were very nice. A surprise on the bill was an extra daily charge which was not communicated

Th Spark at Hilton met all of my expectations, after reading reviews posted in Feb of 2025, I had some concerns, the staff was helpful, polite, and couldn’t have been more accommodating to make my stay comfortable , the room was very clean, the pool and pool amenities were great, as was the transportation I’ll see them next year!

Attendant took an hour to check us in because she couldn’t find our reservation. She was looking on the wrong website. Manager was awesome and fixed it. Then our shower was broken so we had no hot water the first morning
