Wonder stay in Sapporo.
The hotel room is very nice and clean. We just wish we had a round table with 2 chairs around it in addition to a chair for the desk. The size of the room did not allow this because the big bed is too big/wide. It seemed it is wider than a king size bed. The desk does not need to be that long to allow more length for the section to put luggage on. Amenities and facilities are good. Location is good providing underground walk path to subway, train and shopping areas. Included breakfasts were good.

1st night on 19/10 was good with bigger room .. 2nd night on 26/10 was smaller room not as comfortable. But able to change from smoking to non smoking room although we were told unable to change on 19/10.

We only have one complaint about the lounge which charged us a cover charge for a piano player who played for 10 minutes after we got there then went on an extended break. We had time for a drink and an appetizer but decided to leave when the pianist didn’t return after an hour or more

Everything is good but I just think the bathroom is a little small. I’m 5’10” and I felt claustrophobic because the sink and shower and toilet were within arms reach of each other. Other than the bathroom, the bedroom was decent sized and comfortable to sleep on.

Excellent location and wonderful service. Hotel is connected to the underground subway and shopping arcades. The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast buffet at several restaurants onsite. We have returned to this hotel again and again because of everything it offers.

Incredibly high quality hotel with excellent rooms, considerate staff, and excellent location to several hot spots in Sapporo. Staff regularly greet all guests and take luggage to room upon check in. Nice restaurant built into the hotel. Elevator into underground walkway leading to Sapporo and Odori Station and a 5 minute walk to Odori Park. Rapid turnaround time when using the laundry service. If ever in Sapporo again I will be using this hotel.

Walking distance to Sapporo Station via an underground walkway. Walking distance to many tourist attraction. Can take subway to further places, like the chocolate museum and the beer museum.
