When we checked in, there is a chipped mug in the room. Room has very dim lighting. Both humidifier (noisy and water level didn't even change) and toilet bidet didn't work. Reception staff were not friendly at all. Room size and breakfast are both ok. Very disappointed as I had previously stayed in WBF Hakodate (before they rebrand to OMO5) and the standard level is not the same.

We primarily liked its central location. The room was compact but comfortable enough for our family of 4. Easy access to sights, food, shops and public transport. The freebie 30 minute drinks at the ground lounge from 2pm - 10pm was a good addition.

The bar is just fantastic. Front staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is clean. It's a bit of inconvenience going to and from the Airport with a few languages.
