Very Convenient

Hotel is super convenient. Located steps away from arrival gate and from bus/shuttles. Just wish breakfast had more options and eggs were not so runny.

Can’t beat the location and convenience after a long international flight. Plus close proximity to the ski buses. First time I used the onsen which was a bonus, but this time we arrived too late to take advantage. Beds are more firm. Free Japanese breakfast was good too.

We just stayed here in transit for one night on our way to skiing in Niseko. We chose this hotel for its convenient location right in the Chitose Airport so it turned out to be a great choice for a one night stop on our way to our destination.

It would be nice if breakfast buffet opened earlier, as we had a 0730 flight. Barely had time to grab a bun and juice, to get to checkin counter with enough time. There were about 30 others in same situation, so opening at 0530 instead of 0600 might be well appreciated. We didn’t have time to go back to room to clean teeth, etc.

It was really hard to find the hotel. We got there late at night and there were few people available to ask directions from. There is very little signage. Google maps was no help. Some directions on your site would be helpful. It's right next to D gate.

Talk about convenience! We stayed at the other hotel I think called Portam last year at the airport and brand new and way nicer. Problem is you have to walk for forever to get there and the Airport Terminal Hotel is right there in Domestic. One problem is the internet is weak in the rooms and the security set up on on there wifi will not let you access most websites except gmail and simple web browsing..The free airport wife which is only accessible outside the hotel works flawlessly. The walk to the onsen is a long 8 minute walk though the busy airport so that was a bummer not in the hotel. Breakfast is more like a school cafeteria meal but gets the job done. Rooms are old school and dated with your normal firm japanese mattresses and pillows which i like. I will say even though the hotel was sold out it was extreamly quite and could not hear hallway noise or nearby rooms when in your room.
