We stayed both the first night after flying in and the night before an early departure. It was convenient given it is located within the airport. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of both Japanese and western cuisine. The staff were helpful in any questions and provided great service. We didn’t use the onsen as we were tight on time but hope to next time.

Location was perfect for a stopover waiting for the rest of my family to arrive the next day, view of the runway watching the planes landing. The entrance to the hotel is right next to domestic exit gate 5. Lots of restaurants on the 4th floor Lawson convenience store 50 metres from the hotel entrance Room basic adequate quiet for a good night sleep, buffet breakfast included was very good

Amazing value

Excellent choice if you're passing through CTS. The hotel staff were SO NICE and professional; you get access to the onsen, less than a 5 minute walk in the airport; the included breakfast was unreal, outstanding, and amazing. The rooms are modest, but clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Space wise, the room is very spacious. However, noise from outside the window (from the runway) and also from the corridor was annoying. I was notified at the time of check in that wifi connection could be poor. In real, there was no connection at all. This property should be listed as no wifi provided. I was trying to use my mobile phone data to go online. But the location of the hotel made it a hit-or-miss.
