At check in the clerk couldn’t find my confirmed booking. He kept telling me I needed to book another reservation. He eventually found my reservation after about 30 minutes. Also, he said I can leave the car parked outside the hotel, I was told later by another clerk that it is restricted at certain times of the day. I would have gotten a ticket!

Poderia ter menos ruído
Limpeza impecável, toalhas e lençóis limpos e cheirosos, cama e travesseiros confortáveis e agradáveis, recepcionistas educados e gentis café da manhã de qualidade porém com pouquissima variedade. No entanto o prédio é velho, e consequentemente toda a estrutura também, a porta do quarto não tem isolamento de ruído, e não sei o que aconteceu, mas, tinha uma porta que ficava batendo 24h, a porta batia forte e ecoava no quarto e me acordava, como a porta não tem isolamento de ruído, dá pra escutar tudo o que os funcionários da limpeza conversam nos corredores, inclusive os palavrões. Foi uma estadia mais ou menos não fosse essa porta batendo 24h, eu teria conseguido descansar mais

Fiquei no 11° andar. Muito silencioso. Quarto espaçoso. Ficamos eu, meu esposo e nossa filha. Cama coube tranquilamente. Os funcionários sao ótimos, nao me senti inseguro ao andar na região. A menos que voce queira gastar bastante, vá ao bar brahma. La é caro.

Hotel muito bem aconchegante, quartos bem limpos, banheiro espaçosos! Atendimento dos funcionários ótimos, café da manhã com boa variedade e de bom sabor. O local é bem localizado, próximo dos locais, apenas ter cuidado com a região que tem os moradores de rua. Mas em relação ao hotel ótimo, estive recentemente em outubro nada de mal.

Equipe muito atenciosa, quarto grande e limpo, café da manhã simples e muito gostoso. Sugestões de melhoria: mais um ponto de iluminação no quarto e a porta não estava bem ajustada ao batente, fazendo muito barulho ao se fechar. Recomendo o hotel sim!
