Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Foi minha pior experiência em hospedagem da minha vida, fizemos a reserva para nossa família 2 meses antes da hospedagem quando chegamos no dia não tinha o quarto que escolhemos no momento da reserva disponível alegaram que não tinha disponibilidade e queriam nos dar um quarto duplo c 2 camas de solteiro e ainda sugeriram retormar no outro dia queria deixar a gente simplesmente sem hospedagem por um erro deles ficamos ate a 1h da manha esperando alguma solução ate nos arrumaram em um quarto duplo c colchão no chao, e no outro dia nos transferiram pra outro pior ainda sem agua e c a central de ar pingando na cabeça da bossa bebe. Espelunca nunca mais volto nesse lugar

A estrutura do hotel é muito antiga e a manutenção parece não acontecer como deveria. Dos 2 dias que ficamos, o elevador não funcionou direito. O estacionamento foi cobrado à parte, sendo que no site dizia estar incluso.

Infelizmente não foi tão boa , hotel em transição de administração , ninguém sabia nada direito , elevador não funcionava , perguntei se teria alguém p levar as malas ao quarto (3 andar) me responderam “ não o senhor q tem q resolver” , o problema da Cracolândia é comlexo apesar de estar muito bem policiada , o café da manhã meio bagunçado , mas enfim não foi tão agradável
