Awful location

Such a shame about this hotel. The room and breakfast was nice however the area is awful. Did not feel safe at all during the stay, noise constantly even through the night as music was blaring from outside. Barely slept the 2 nights we were there. When walking around it was dirty and uncomfortable. I don’t think a hotel should be in this area especially for tourists as it ruined our trip to São Paulo and do not want to return. The young men at reception were very helpful getting our bus tickets.

Quarto, recepção e cafe da manha tudo ótimo, o que pega é a localização, muitos moradores de rua rodeando o apartamento, dificulta saida e entrada, mas fora isso tudo perfeito.

Boa acomodação no geral, nada de grave a relatar, bom nível, qualidade superior, muita diferença entre quartos, de vários tipos e tamanhos, com quantos, na mesma categoria, inclusive, com diferenças entre eles, em alguns com coisas demais, e outros com o básico, quartos com cofre e apoio de mala, e outros sem, por exemplo, mas todos bons, no geral. Edifício histórico bem conservado, como tem que ser, clima antigo bem conservado. Região boa pelas facilidades oferecidas, mesmo que reduto de usuários de drogas (já foi bem pior), basta não assustar-se a toa, dá para levar de boa. Bom café da manhã de hotel.

Estadia favorável no Piratininga.

Estavam meio perdidos na recepção na hora da che- gada, acontece em dias de muita ocupação na aco- mordaçao, enviam para um quarto que não estava arrumado após saída de hóspedes anteriores, então, precisa ficar atento a "distrações" no atendimento, a- visando a equipe quando necessário, que aí tudo dá certo. É hotel de época, prédio tombado, mas em condições bastante boas, com um ou outro defeitinho, mas bem desfrutavel, dentro do proposto, sem problemas gritantes. Mesmo situando-se em região de usuários de drogas, é relativamente tranquilo, os "moradores" da região não entram em atrito com terceiros, exceto se provo- dos, ou demonstrando-se pavor com a presença dos mesmos. Café da manhã muito bom, mesmo que os integrantes da Guarda Municipal, que, eficientemente cuidam da região, tomam café da manhã com os hóspedes, havendo momentos, por ocasião da estadia, não cabia tanta gente no espaço.

estadia com preço compativel com o oferecido, cafe da manha bom, nada a reclamar... problema mesmo foi ao fazer check-in e precisei esperar quase 2 horas para liberarem um quarto, e quanto precisei de um prazo a mais para check-out foi informado que não seria possivel. Cama um pouco desconfortavel, porem toleravel... e localização um pouco suspeita, literalmente no miolo da cracolandia, porem possui muita segurança policial ao redor do predio.

PESSIMO

pessima estadia, no anúncio fala que o quarto oferece ar condicionado, tv. não foram me apresentado nada disso. quarto no primeiro andar muito barulho, ventilador fraco e tv não estava funcionando e mandaram a governanta ver o q tinha acontecido. pasmem. foi a pior estadia da minha vida. na hora do café não tinha nem mesas para sentar.
