Estadia excelente. Chalé superconfortável, com pequena cozinha com fogao, microondas, pratos, talheres e frigobar. Café da manhã muito bom mesmo. (destaque para o pão de queijo feito na hora com parmesão). Outro ponto de destaque é o atendimento, simpatia e acolhimento do pessoal do Vila Chico. Tudo fácil e sempre pronto a ajudar. Resumo: Vale muito a pena. Quando voltarmos a São Lourenço, certamente nos hospedaremos na Vila Chico. Recomendamos.

Local com natureza exuberante, passaros de varias especies, chalé espaçoso e bem equipado. Sentimos falta de um atendimento mais proximo, praticamente não existiu nenhuma interação com dicas, servicos etc. Atendimento na piscina nao existe somente solicitando e com demora. Cafe da manha ok.

Gostamos muito do hotel fazenda. Estrutura muito boa. Café da manhã ok mas nada demais. Piscinas sem aquecimento o que não ajuda num tempo mais frio. Sem ar condicionado nos quartos o que atrapalha para quem sofre com dias quentes. Voltaríamos a nos hospedar.

O hotel não entrega tudo que promete; as fotos são muito bem tiradas. A parte mais negativa é a equipe. Os funcionários têm boa vontade, e são treinados, mas o atendimento não é bom. No meio de uma pandemia, a funcionária do café-da-manhã deu um espirro, cobrindo a boca com a mão, e continuou a servir a comida. O secador de cabelo estava com problema. Trocaram, apenas, no último dia de estadia, e, à moda de A Praça é Nossa, ele não entrava em nenhuma tomada (estava com o padrão antigo). Há um longo caminho a melhorar o atendimento.

Incrível! Melhor lugar!
Atendimento excelente, desde a recepção ate sairmos, fomos recebidoe com muito cadinho! Os quartos sao impecáveis, sempre muito organizado e extremamente limpos, fomos com nossos filhos e ja tinha no quarto camas extra, lugar muito tranquilo pra quem quer sair do stress do trabalho e da cidade, tem varios entretenimentos pra quem dsta sozinho, em casal ou em familia, o cafe da manha é super completo e maravilhoso, o pessoal que trabalha la sempre nos servindo com muito carinho! Ja nos hospedamis mais de 3 x la, e recomendo sempre! ❤

Não se pode afirmar exatamente que é um Hotel Fazenda, pois está mais para uma pousada em uma pequena chácara. Para quem vai com crianças pequenas (meu caso), não há muito o que fazer, pois o parquinho é muito pequeno, e o laguinho de pesca está mais para um brejo lotado de pernilongo. Os chalés também são muito pequenos, e abafados. Ideal para três pessoas no máximo. O ventilador não vence. Pontos positivos. A comida é boa, a piscina atende muito bem às crianças que adoraram o escorregador. O pessoal é atencioso. Café da manhã muito bom e bem servido. Serviço de bar e restaurante não estavam funcionando (disseram que era reforma), o que atrapalhou bastante a avaliação desse ponto. Se o objetivo é descansar com tranquilidade e simplicidade vale a pena.

Gostei bastante da estadia na vila chico, porém algumas situações precisam ser melhoradas, como por exemplo a internet e ducha, não conseguimos conectar na rede Wi-Fi no chale tucano em que estavamos e não conseguimos regular a ducha. Os chalés são bem espaçosos, o café da manhã é excelente, além do ambienre familiar que é muito agradavel.
