Este é um hotel antigo, mas uma das melhores coisas é que fica fora da cidade, é muito calmo e tranquilo, é um ótimo lugar para relaxar. Seria um ótimo lugar para um casamento ou convenção da empresa.

Este é um ótimo hotel, tranquilo, com muitas comodidades a piscina era ótima, a oportunidade para café da manhã, almoço e jantar. Acho que o site precisa de uma revisão e atualização.

Péssima experiência, primeiro quarto com garrafa de água aberta e pela metade, vaso sanitário todo sujo e cheirando urina. Trocaram meu quarto, o segundo só não tinha a garrafa aberta. O vaso estava ainda mais sujo, chão do banheiro com muito pelo e cabelo. Para finalizar o hotel se nega a fazer nota fiscal, porque a reserva foi feita pelo Hoteis.com

Horrível, nunca fiquem no quarto 710, pia vazando, ar condicionado c problema, fica dando estalo sem parar e você não dorme, janela do banheiro, voltada para área externa, se passar alguém e levantar os pés pode ver você tomando banho, quarto com macha de vazamento embaixo da pia, tinha papel de bala no chão quando entramos no quarto, marca de pés na colcha. Café da manhã é bom.

Péssima experiência.
Atendimento ruim, má vontade da recepcionista, agua muito quente no chuveiro, pois a fria abria com pouco volume. Se quisesse pegar um secador por volta das 22h, já que não tem no quarto, não pode devolver de manhãzinha. Peguei um ferro de passar e perguntei se poderia mandar pelo funcionário que levaria o jantar no quarto: não pode. Vc tem que levar pessoalmente se quiser. Nunca vi isso. Ao invés de facilitar, só dificultam. Quarto cheirando mofo, travesseiros horríveis, poucas tomadas no quarto, enfim…. A sensação que tive é que eles estão fazendo um “favor” em te receber. Resumindo: hotel sem foco nenhum no cliente.

O custo benefício é bom. No meu caso ficamos apenas 1 noite pois o nosso destino seria um pouco mais adiante. O café da manhã foi muito bom. Sobre o Hotel, achei que algumas situações visuais poderiam ser evitadas como colocar colchões fora dos quartos a vista dos hospedes não foi legal. Ademais, o hotel é bom.

Conduções das acomodações.
O quarto nao da de frente a piscina como está nas fotos do anúncio, o quarto que nos foi disponibilizado, o ar não funcionava direito, o chuveiro nao estava funcionando(só frio e saia água para td lado menos pelos furinhos que deveria) e o frigobar velho e encardido. Depois de reclamar nos passaram para outro quarto, a unica coisa q mudou, foi q nesse segundo quarto o chuveiro funcionava de resto esta igual ao primeiro.

Pessima estádia
Chegamos no hotel para o check-in o nosso quarto 627 já estava ocupada alegando que o quarto tinha sido invadido e nos passaram para outro quarto 603 que não estava limpo, o ar condicionado não funcionava a cama tinha apenas os travesseiros e lençol com uma temperatura ambiente de mais de 30 graus. Entreguei o quarto após após uma hora e meia e fui embora pois não havia condições de ficar no quarto. Infelizmente não tirei foto do quarto mas uma família de São Paulo passou situação semelhante em seu quarto sem o ar condicionado funcionando
