O hotel estava com os corredores extremamente sujos. O quarto apresentava enxoval velho e com mau cheiro, as toalhas pareciam panos de limpeza. Travesseiros com cheiro ruim forte. O boxo do banheiro estava sujo com mofo no teto e lodo nas paredes.
