Apos a reforma pode melhorar
Estao em reforma . Ate ai entendemos . Mas tem que melhorar um pouco o atendimento no check in, a unica que tinha um atendimento exelente era a Lorraine, e contratar mais camareiras. Pois tiram elas dos servicos para fazer outras coisas , encontramos produtos mofados no cafe da manha e alguns era do dia anterior . Mas foi razoavel o cafe, dou uma nota 3

Deixou a desejar.
Apresentavam um cardápio ate variado porem nao tinham nada pra servir, qualquer item escolhido do cardápio eles não tinham no dia e nao podiam fazer... estou fala de um simples misto quente. E isso era no sabado às 18h. Tive que pedir um lanche no Ifood pq o hotel nao podia fornecer nenhum tipo de alimentação.
