I wish they gave free upgrade as they were a VIP property. Front staff seems confused when I mentioned it. The room I got had power on and off a few times. Apart from that the stay was very nice. Staff were very accommodating and nice.

This is a great hotel in a breath-taking setting. However there are lots and lots of steps with no handrails. There are elevators but they don’t go near the rooms. Not recommended for elderly or those who have balance issues. Breakfast was fantastic with fresh orange juice, baked goods and coffee in addition to hot menu items.

Outstanding property with excellent staff and amazing food. We had the best time staying here. The views from the rooms and the pool/bar areas are simply stunning. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with an open outdoor spaces to soak in the beauty of Santorini and the Caldera. The included breakfast and the service was the best way to start your day. An unforgettable stay in Santorini...

Fabulous stay at a smaller, intimate hotel with one of the most beautiful views in the world, of the caldera of Santorini. Excellent service, delicious breakfasts, we enjoyed a wonderful sunset dinner at Botrini's. The pools were nice. Bed mattress and linen could be better, otherwise perfecto. Although at the heart of Oia, the hotel is privately set on its cliffside.

If anyone is ever wondering, should they stay and they have the budget for this hotel, they should absolutely stay here and they should book multiple nights. We thought we could do it in one night and we were sad to learn that they didn’t have additional nights available as we wanted to stay longer. The service, the food, the location, and the accommodations are unmatched. Excellent BEYOND five star all the way.

There are so many options in Santorini but I can't imagine having chosen a better spot. We debated whether to stay in Oia or Fira, but we are so happy we stayed in Oia and especially at Katikies. The location, views, condition of the property, staff, etc were all as good as it could get. Highly, highly recommend.
