This is a wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It does not have the Caldera vibe or sunset view but you get to watch the sunrise from your bedroom/ patio or even private Veranda (if you are lucky to get the pent house like we were). It is 10 min walk from Fira bus station with many nearby restaurants on the main road or Caldera. Each unit has its own private jet tub which luckily wasn’t very hot durning the heat of August. There is a small main pool to cool off but we didn’t use it.

We have an excelent welcome at our check in, Dimitri where always very helpfull with all the information about things to do in Santorini. The location is perfect walking distance to shops and restorants. I recomendó this hotel at all.

We had an amazing stay at alterar suites, Dimitrios was super helpful and accommodating. He arranged our taxi to and from the airport and helped us plan activities for the duration of the trip! He gave us recommendations of where to eat and visit and booked everything for us himself.

My daughter and I travelled to Greece for the first time, we stayed two nights at this property. Dimitrios was an EXCELLENT host, very accommodating and professional. The property is well maintained, we chose it for its proximity to shops/restaurants. Easy bus ride to Oia to explore. We felt well taken care of and safe. A/C is wonderful! Only suggestion is to put a shelf in the shower for shampoo/etc. Thank you!!

Dimitrias greeted us with a friendly handshake and welcome immediately upon arrival. Rooms were very clean and well thought out - and exactly as depicted in advertisements. Dimitrias was always available to help and offer suggestions. We felt like we were staying with family. Was hands down the best service and stay we had since arriving in Europe. I would give more stars if I could. Highly Recommend!!

Location was great because it was walkable to all the things but on the more quiet side of the island, we were able to get a driver to take us right to the hotel so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around the crowded streets, rooms were spacious and clean, showers excellent, views were great even though it was not the caldera view, staff was friendly and helpful

The property is conveniently situated within walking distance of all the renowned landmarks in Fira. The hotel manager, Dimitrios, is exceptionally amiable and accommodating. I almost felt like I had my own personal assistant throughout the stay. He provided assistance with directions, dining suggestions, and transportation recommendations, which was truly fantastic. I am looking forward to returning soon. Overall, I had a five-star experience during my stay at this hotel.
