I was very satisfied with this property for the price that I paid. The rooms are solid and very clean. The air conditioning worked very well. The food is solid and pretty consistent with all inclusive Dominican resorts. The beach is excellent, and the ocean is calm and very swimmable. Things that could be better: towel availability was a problem all day, every day at the beach/pool. The process to make a dinner reservation is not customer friendly, it requires an early wake up and at least 20 minutes waiting in line to make the reservation. Overall, it seems like they are shortstaffed throughout the resort and some of the staff at the front desk and towel station are not friendly. Bartenders and housekeeping were all very friendly. There are times of day where there is no restaurant open/no food available which I find strange for a resort with multiple restaurants. there’s also no food or beverage service on the beach, which is typically a real bonus for me. Finally, the bed linens are not luxury as described on the hotel website, the sheets were adequate but the bedspreads were really cheap and scratchy. If you’re looking to book excursions, there are several Tour companies stationed in the lobby of the resort, but there are other tour companies on the beach that are much more affordable and just as reputable. I did not learn this till my last day and spent more than I needed to on an excursion.

This is the worst resort I have ever been to. My wife and I stayed on the 6th floor, which has a wooden ceiling, and we were unable to rest all night and into the early morning because of a loud noise from the ceiling. Scratching and pigeon noises could be heard all day and night. I called reception at 1am to change my room, but they told me that it was not possible. This is definitely a resort with terrible service: the animation team and activities are very boring. The elevators and many areas look dirty. The drinks they serve are horrible, and the bar staff is not friendly. The food at the beach snack bar and the BBQ restaurant looks bad. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This resort is small, great with small Children the reason we picked this. 1.5 hrs from PUJ airport. Limited food items at the buffet and you have to book a la carte restaurants ahead of time but they allow you to book for 3 days at a time. I would not return to this resort! Beach is beautiful but staff were not friendly and it’s not a good location.

Bonjour J’ai fait ma réservation all inclusive avec Expédia. Arrivé à l’aéroport de Punta Cana, il nous a été indiqué de prendre l’autobus 69 pour l’hôtel Coral Costa Caribe. La représentante de Air transat nous a dit que notre nom ne figure pas sur la liste et que pour embarquer le chauffeur exige un montant de 70US$ cash. Nous avons payé ce montant cash. Pour le retour le représentant de air transat a exigé de payer à air transat 90 US$, Nous avons payé ce montant par carte de crédit. Je pose la question es ce que dans une réservation all inclusive le transport à l’hôtel n’est il pas inclut?. N’ai-je pas le droit d’être remboursé de 160US$. L’hôtel n’avait pas une chambre à deux lits Oceon view selon notre réservation. Il nous a assigné une chambre régulière, et quand on a demandé d’être remboursé du surplus payé, ils ont répondu que notre réservation a été faite avec expédia et c’est à eux de nous rembourser. Merci pour votre attention.

Small resort with very bad customer service. Staff doesn’t care and don’t speak English mostly. Food: breakfast lunch and dinner - the food is the same. Fruits are mostly not available other than oranges and watermelon that is not ripe. I had to bag for the banana. No dairy products at all - just cheese: no yogurt, no cottage cheese, etc. meet is hard to chew and smells. They have one place at the beach for lunch and all you can get there is pizza that is disgusting, French fry and burgers that also smell bad. They have 4 specialty Restorant’s: Dominican, Mexican, Grill and Mediterranean. All, but Grill - food is not good. Customer service: asking for a towel in the hotel and at the beach is like ask for a piece of gold. This hotel is short of linen. We had to wait every day 20 minutes to get a towel. Rooms: everything is broken: we had to call several times almost every day: balcony door wouldn’t close and maintenance don’t have any equipment to fix it: phone in the room to call reception desk - didn’t work. TV - didn’t work and batteries had to be replaced, safe was broken and 300$ were stolen. Beach: there are no umbrellas at the beach - just a palm trees. Lounge chairs - extremely uncomfortable and if you don’t get one by 7 am- you can’t find one. Water: the water at the beach is dirty and not clear. We stayed at other resorts before and the water was crystal clear there, here - there are corals rocks and the water at the beach is only up to your waist - not deep at all.
