Nice hotel when flying to/from Santiago with the free shuttle. Property is nice and well maintained, but the hotel is pretty isolated and in an industrial area.

Payment options are limited to Credit Card to be able to avoid the Tourist Tax that some South American Citizens don't have to pay to enter Chile. There are no money exchange facilities on site. The above isn't clear when you book in, making it hard to be prepared with suitable payment options. My stay was pleasant otherwise, the food at their restaurant is delicious and good prized.
