Hotel Cumbres Santiago

This is a perfect hotel for those wishing to have an authentic experience in Santiago. Right outside the door there are street performers, lots of people selling various items, a church and lots of bars and restaurants. If I’m back there, this is where I stay. The staff is unbelievably helpful.

Staff is extremely polite and helpful also we had a late flight and they offered us a shower in the exercise room - very nice kept our luggage in a safe place while we did some sightseeing. The room was very nice and clean and has even a water filter process Breakfast is very nice and substantial and you can even sit outside overlooking Santiago. You can walk to the government square it is about 12 min walk through a safe neighborhood and here you can get the hop on hop off bus too. Enjoy this great place

Great location, easy to use the parking garage, nicely updated hotel, great rooftop pool, and most of the staff were very helpful and nice, the rooms were nice but I was not a big fan of the floor to ceiling mostly see-through glass for the bathroom walls. I shared a room with a platonic friend and it was a bit awkward with showering and using the toilet. If I was by myself or with a partner it would be fine. The air conditioning was not working for 2 nights, on the first night the friendly helpful staff member got it fixed right away but the second night, a different staff member was much less willing to fix it (tried telling us it was working when you could literally feel hot air coming out the vent) and never had a repair man come up after asking them to call the guy anyway. And it was 76 degrees in the room, had to sleep with just a sheet that night. If the AC worked I would’ve had a 10/10 stay.
