The room is spacious and clean. It is easy to go to Downtown Santiago taking bus directly from airport. Good option for traveller who has early flight the next day.

Great stay overall at the Holiday Inn. The room was clean and the staff was kind, cannot beat the location for an airport hotel as it is right in the middle. We arrived at 3 AM in the middle of the night and the staff was ready to check us in immediately. Some complaints are the 10 AM check out which is a bit early and that everything in the room feels old and outdated. Also, the sink and shower took half an hour to drain, a bit gross. Also the placement of the power outlets near the beds was awful. Lastly, $240 USD when airports you can take a 5 minute taxi to are literally less then half the price.

Very basic hotel for a property at an airport. Bath was only stocked with 2 bath and 2 hand towels, no other supplies. There were NO plugs to recharge phone, computer Etc. as well as no converter for the unique outlets. Was able to get one at front desk.

The hotel was right across from the airport so we could walk over. It had electrical outlets in the bar where we could charge our devices while we had meals and drinks. It offered room service after the bar closed so when our flight did not get in until midnight we could still order room was clean and the staff was efficient and helpful.
