If the room had provided us with facial tissues, tea and coffee bags, and a mirror in the hallway, I would have evaluated it as good. The area was shabby (“old town”) and noisy in late evenings. However, great breakfast, helpful and responsive staff, cosy and clean room in spite of cracked walls, nice view of surroundings.

Overall our hotel stay went well enough. Room was spacious and clean with good hot water for showers. Beds were small but comfortable. Small shops and restaurants are just around corner for convenient quick snacks and fast food.

Good location to Metro station and supermarket. Three minutes walk only. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great. Neighborhood seems fine, there is pharmacy in the building, also an authentic Chinese Restaurant in the building as well. Overall, great experience.

Excellent!
I had a wonderful 3 night stay here. It was soo quiet and peaceful. Every afternoon I would open the window and enjoy the sun and nice breeze. The bed was very comfortable and great hot shower. The room was big and clean and the breakfast nice. Staff was excellent. I would stay here again and again! Thanks so much!

A little hard to find and neighborhood was ok but maybe not at night. We weren’t informed that the breakfast was complimentary. Appreciated getting a plug adapter from reception.

O hotel é ótimo, quartos, café, organização, área ao ar livre e chuveiro incrível - equipe gentil Decoração, amenities e toalhas são de perfeita qualidade. A localização está próxima a metrô e fácil acesso a comércio e mercado. O que não dá boa primeira impressão é o acesso até chegar refeição do hotel, mas com tantas qualidades esqueci deste detalhe

As acomodações eram muito boas e confortáveis. Eu e meu marido pegamos um quarto com duas camas de solteiro, pois o valor do quarto com cama de casal estava bem mais caro. Ainda assim tive uma dormida excelente, colocaram três travesseiros na cama. As toalhas eram sempre trocadas quando da limpeza do quarto, havia um armário para apoiar os pertences e banheiro amplo, com chuveiro funcionando perfeitamente. Há uma estação de metrô muito próxima, caminhada de apenas 5 minutos, além de ter uma farmácia bem ao lado da entrada do hotel. Há mercados e lojas nas proximidades, o que foi útil. Como ponto negativo, o quarto não possuía frigobar, impedindo de guardar os alimentos e as bebidas. Além disso, no meu quarto não colocaram sabonetes, escova de dentes nem nada, enquanto que no quarto do casal de amigos que foi conosco colocaram shampoo, condicionador, pente, escovas de dente, sabonetes e demais itens de higiene.
