Satisfied in Santiago

This is a decent hotel and a nice area of the business district Vitacura. The room was nice and clean in the bed was comfortable. But the most memorable part was the affiliated restaurant downstairs, the QB. The price is a reasonable and the menu selections are outstanding. I had two different entrées there and they were both fantastic, especially considering the price I made. They have bar drink specials five or six nights a week, I think the best ones are on Friday and Saturday night as it’s two for one for many selections. The service in the restaurant was also very good. There’s an outdoor table-seating area where you can smoke cigarettes or cigars if that’s your thing. The hotel also has very good security, and a nice shuttle service driver with a like new van. I paid as much for him to take me to the hotel as I paid for the much less enjoyable Uber vehicle to bring me to the hotel when I arrived in Santiago. But I was solo, so I do not know if they charge by the ride or if they charge per person.

Premium location, and friendly staff.

My second time at Doubletree Vitacura and always a great experience. The proximity to all places you can walk to is great, with a huge mall two blocks away and plenty of restaurant options. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with a variety of needs. Excellent breakfast rounds out the package. Will definitely stay there again.

I love the way they greet you, with a delicious cookie. The service and attention are very good. Breakfast could have been faster; I had to wait 20 minutes for eggs, bread, and other items.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de varios puntos de interés. El personal del lobby es muy amable y diligente. Sin embargo, todo lo bueno que este hotel tiene se ve opacado en las noches. El restaurante/bar pone música con alto volumen y es perfectamente audible desde las habitaciones. Yo me hospedé 7 noches y en todas hubo música pasada la media noche. No me volvería a hospedar en este hotel por esa situación.

The staff are super nice. We booked one day later than the check-in time. They did not charge us any extra fee and allowed us to stay on the day we arrived. Very considerate. We purchased breakfast and was amazed by the food quality and variety. Very good experience. Thanks to the hotel

8th Floor Noisy due to the Event Room

The property was comfortable and clean. The only issue was that our room was on the left wing on the 8th floor and there is a event room on the 9th floor, and we heard all the noise until 2:00am Friday and Saturday. We were leaving on Sunday so I did not ask to be moved to a different room.

Location of the hotel is perfect! Metro station, Gran Torre Costanera just 5 mins walk from the hotel. A lot of dining options close by. It is a safe neighborhood. Hotel room clean and service was excellent. Can’t comment on the buffet breakfast since I usually skip it. Overall, I will be staying here again if ever I’m back in Santiago.
