The staff looked really happy about doing their jobs. They fulfilled every request. The attention to detail was top notch. They actually cared, they all greeted us and wanted to make sure we were okay every time. If ever I need to go back to Santiago or know anyone who want to, this hotel will be the first option everytime. Milca the Concierge was the Best.

I have been coming to this hotel for years, and have always found it to be right on point. When if there were any issues, the staff made every effort to accommodate and correct what was needed. All of the people at reservations, Alejandro at the bar makes everyone feel welcome. The girls at the pool bar ( Margareta, Maciel ) 2 excellent ladies maintain that busy bar in a very professional manner. The cleaning staff is definitely the BEST!! My recent stay was n the 5th floor, I was greeted with the warmest, biggest smile of Elizabeth, a great addition to your staff! All of these positive remarks, are the reasons why "The Grand Almirante" is my 1st choice.
