Good hot

Cannot fault the hotel staff were excellent especially the girls on reception. Although we would go to the hotel would never go back to resort. A lot nicer places to visit in Spain.

Great location, 5 minutes walk from the beach, so many restaurants on the strip behind the hotel (Aruma & El Cielo were our favorites) the staff cleaned constantly, breakfast was so good (Anna was so kind to us), free laundry facilities (just bring your own detergent), free public parking lot within 5 minutes walk of the hotel, an hour from Barcelona city center and central to other places worth visiting like Cadaqués, Peratallada, etc. Rooms have everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy yourself.

Great staff

I came in the off season, so the town was pretty deserted but the staff in the hotel were very welcoming and helpful providing a lot of tips to help me enjoy my stay. The hotel rooms itself were very clean and the breakfast was also quite good.

Nice room with a huge balcony, clean and in a good location, close to the beach and shops. Room was a decent size and easy to unfold the sofa beds. Only real complaints were the paper thin walls between rooms and that the room wasn’t made up every day.

OUR BEST STAY EVER IN SANTA SUSANNA.

From we crossed the threshold into this hotel we were treated with the utmost care and attention by the young desk clerk. We are both disabled I am registered blind. We were not happy with our room as the air conditioning wasn't working. She promptly came up from reception changed our room. And even split the bed into singles and she re done both beds for us. Every member of staff treated us with the courtesy you only get in 5* hotels. The hotel is so clean it's sterile. Food at the pool cafe bar is excellent in fact better than most on the main strip. And cheaper also. I recommend the Gourmet Salad "the goats cheese is lovely on it" also the goats cheese burger, and chicken wrap are great also. This has been our 4th stay in Santa Susanna and this Apart Hotel has been our best stay to date. If you want to relax in a quiet hotel near the strip, this would be my top recommendation. Staff 5*, Hotel 5*, location 5*, Cafe Pool Bar 5*.
