Delay in issuing deposit refund

Well l found out six days after i stayed that the hotel took $100 from my bank account for a deposit, but they had not yet initiated the refund until I contacted hotels.com and informed them about this over charge and hotels.com contacted the property and requested the issuance of the refund! The refund should have been initiated by the property the day i checked out! I'm not a bank! I shouldn't have had to be the individual to initiate the refund!

It’s located right off Santa Rosa Avenue, a large street with heavy traffic. Though the room was not noisy it isn’t attractive. The barn door on the bathroom makes it difficult for one person to go to the bathroom without waking the other and it’s ugly. The drawers nearly fell out of the cabinet. It appears part of the slide is not screwed in. The staff was friendly, the room clean, the HVAC worked, the bed was ok but how this place gets such a high rating is beyond me.

Surprisingly great

Absolutely amazing family that owns the property it is so much nicer than Travelodge should be. This was for a quick overnight as my daughter was competing in gymnastics early the next morning and it was convenient clean easy comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Nice surprise.

Small hotel. Clean. Extra pillows. Firm mattress. Soap, shampoo, conditioner on wall of shower. Open shower for easy access. Lighted mirror in bathroom. Front desk brought extra towels before we even had to ask. Very helpful staff during check-in. Close to the 101. Would stay here again.

Old style motel, yet updated very nicely. Staff was nice. cardkey entry. nice room. comfy bed. smooth operating split heater/ac. clean parking lot. The only annoying thing and this is not the motels fault at all. It's California law. The bathroom has a motion sensor for the light. I will adding a roll of painter's tape to cover the switch in the future.

Convenient and clean home away from home!

We stayed two nights while a family member had a medical procedure done. The room was comfortable, clean and appeared to be upgraded. It was conveniently located to the 101 freeway but did have some traffic noise from the adjoining street. The heater and refrigerator were pretty noisy when cycling.

Staff was excellent and room was very clean and nice, with a comfortable bed. Parking was convenient. The manager was very nice about allowing our daughter (not a guest) to park her car in the motel lot for a day while we spent the day hiking with her. In-room coffee was only so-so.
