The place was clean quiet the only thing was that the shower handle on the shower head was hanging with a wire and water was spraying every where soacking the bathroom floor.

The staff charged me for a room without my knowledge, even tho i already paid on expedia. He gave me no recipet showing i had been charged for a room. I noticed when checking my bank account.

Everything started well. I was given a second floor room but the front desk was able to change me a first floor room. Things went downhill when getting coffee & breakfast at the hotel, a homeless guy started serving himself free breakfast. He was confronted by the front desk person who turned the scene ugly It coukx have been handled differently. I immediately checked out and went to get breakfast on my own dime.

There were dirty underwear and hypodermic needles with fluids in them inside the hotel room. Curtains were ripped and torn and fire sprinklers were illegally hanging from the ceiling. When checking out and informing the attendant they never offered any sort of apology or explanation. Super noisy, doors don't lock when pushed shut as they are off alignment, phone was broken in room and the place stunk of curry! Disgusting and unsafe!!!! Do NOT STAY HERE. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF IN YOUR CAR UNDER A OVERPASS THAN INSIDE!!! **They also do NOT RECODE KEYS and just take back the holder with keys and give the same ones to the next occupant. Will be reaching out to corporate offices for refund and complaint of the highly concerning condition and operations of this DUMP!

I liked the property. It looked neat and clean from the outside. Pretty clean inside except floor was dirty. Didn’t feel good on bare feet. But you could bring your slippers!

Rooms had stains on the ceilings and walls. I say rooms because I had to get another room due an ant problem with my original room. I had not carried in any food, however upon returning to my room there were ants in multiple places.

The room was dirty and rundown. T The worst part was the internet barely worked if at all and the TV didn't work so you were just left to stare at the walls and when I said anything they just said oh well, it's satellite and I guess it's out. So, not great customer service
