The outlets in our bathroom didn’t work. This made getting ready each day horribly difficult, trying to blow-dry and style hair with no mirror was horrible. I made this known to the front desk immediately, they told me maintenance would come fix it. Every day (4 in total) I reminded them and checked in, but was put off. Also…breakfast if you can call it that was basically non-existent. Everything gone every day we tried to go and it was well within hours. Don’t stay here!

This hotel is dangerous and needs to be shut down! This hotel is an absolute scam! During my one night stay there a couple weeks ago there were multiple rooms having different guests come in and out. All of which were male. The guests in those rooms were either playing loud music or talking extremely loud. This happened from 10 pm all the way until 11 am check out the following day. I could not rest because every 10-30 mins the doors of those rooms would open and then slam shut and then guests/visitors would be shouting, yelling, pounding on walls and furniture or walking heavily as they left. I did not feel safe here at all. The room was filthy and I have photos to prove it. The front desk associate is absolutely unprofessional and should not be working in hospitality whatsoever. I will be filing a formal complaint with the BBB. I will also be sharing the disgusting illegitimate business scams about this business on multiple platforms to warn the general public. This is either a human trafficking operation or a multi level prostitution ring. I saw at least 30 different men enter different rooms for hours every 30 mins. I showed the pictures of the filthiness of my room and the manager refused to refund any portion my money. Do not stay here and make it publicly known this is a dangerous place.

When I arrived at the hotel was a bit worried based on the area and the exterior of the hotel, a bit dated if you would. The staff was extreamly nice and easy to deal with. When mentioned that they did not have an elevator to the second floor again a bit worried. However, when I entered the room was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, updated carpet, appliances and the best was the bathroom had totally been redone. I stayed three nights and all three nights were quiet and pleasant. I guess it goes to say, don't always judge a book by it's cover. I would stay at this hotel again when visiting.

I really like the comfort and the room. Very clean It has a very comfortable Queen bed. It also has a couch with a pull out bed, & a nice bathtub. It was quiet when I stayed from Friday to Saturday morning. Saturday night was a different story. I heard loud music and sounded like young adults partying. All in all the staff were friendly and the rooms fit the name Quality Inn.
