I booked a two night stay for my husbands birthday. We were in town to visit the Charles Schulz museum. The location of the hotel was convenient for us to walk around to local businesses and take pictures of Peanuts statues around town. Unfortunately, the Lucy statue in front of the hotel was in poor condition. The staff was friendly and our check-in was very quick. My husband found the bed in our room was very uncomfortable. The sheets were stiff, itchy, and very noisy. We had our 5 month old with us and she kept waking up to the bed squeaks as we shifted around in the night. The bedsheets themselves were very crinkly and crunchy sounding. Our shower didn't drain well and you end up standing in a few inches of water while showering. The nozzles on both shower heads are very calcified and starting to rust. I was also very disappointed in the hidden fees for staying here. It was an additional $40.67 per night in "destination fees" and $20 a night to park. This was payable at check in.

Visited in late January, it’s a really nice area to stay for a few days. They gave us a wonderfully quiet room. Could have used some drawers for clothes as there was not much space for our luggage. Really clean pool and hot tub. I think we were the only ones using it. My one complaint was the bathroom door was a wider that had a huge gap between the door and the wall so the privacy was not good.

Expedia advertised it as “no extra fee added” from the Google search, but it ended up with a lot of surprises. This really ruined our traveling experience. Hope this could be well communicated between Expedia & hotel!

I don’t mind if there are fees but to know them ahead of time. Not the time of check out. $20 for parking $35 for destination fee. For amenities we never used. Staying here to attend a funeral and then get hit with this at the time of check out. Then at 230AM on the 2nd floor an alarm was going off for over an hour. It wouldn’t stop. People arguing and slamming doors. My issue if disclosed from the beginning it wouldn’t be an issue. Find it unprofessional. To be told it’s a state required fee ridiculous

Looks are deceiving

The hotel uses stock photos. There were no bicycles and no lovely walking areas, but plenty of homeless people camped outside the hotel's perimeter, yelling, taking drugs, and plenty of human waste/trash. The hotel was clean, and the cleaning staff was excellent and accommodating. I booked a "Premier" room, yet the furniture is dinged and dated. The beds and linens were superb. The front desk staff was aloof and sent me another guest's folio; I haven't received my folio yet. I wouldn't stay at this location again, as this wasn't the Hyatt experience I'm accustomed to receiving, and our experience was troubling for kiddos.
