We were there at the property for a week and had an amazing time. The resort itself was large so be comfortable with walking or just wait one to three minutes for a shuttle to pick you up and take you where you wanna go. We had a great time and looking to return in the future.

First time at Las Brisas, Huatulco and it was amazing. The food, entertainment, DJ, Customer Service, bartender Roberto, drinks, and the rooms are incredibly big. The tropical birds are beautiful and wait till you swim with the fish. I will definitely return.

We found our room to be dusty when we checked in. There was also some garbage left in the bathroom. Overall, the staff cleaned well each time we requested our room cleaned. The facilities themselves are dated, but do the trick. They have a great gym, and the pools are very well maintained. Obviously, the best part of this resort is the fact there are 3 beaches to choose from. All have wonderful swimming. The property is massive. There are many stairs and hills, but there are shuttles readily available. The buffet was great and had many options everyday. I thought the restaurants were just average. Town is just a 10 minute drive away and the hotel does a great job at making sure there are shutters and/or taxis avaliable. Overall I'd recommend this resort, but would probably not pay above a certain amount.

This was a large resort and probably not a great option for Those with mobility issues, although the staff were more than happy to help with anything you need and there were always carts to get around in. It was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very attentive, polite and genuine. The beaches were also great and swimmable. I would for sure return in the future.

This resort is beautiful and well layed out,with an amazing staff,lots of stairs but the shuttle service is really good. Air conditioning in the junior deluxe room could have been better! Also the toilet plumbing was in need of plunging at times, we could have done with our own plunger. A la carte restaurants and the buffet was good. Nice and close to La Crucecita and Santa Cruz for shopping and epic meals!!

I went to Las Brisas last year and had a really good time. The on site amenities are incredible. Amazing beaches with snorkelling at the resort, an adult only pool, lots of options for dining, kayaking, and yoga classes. And of course, if you’re into tennis, you’re in the right place. It’s a pretty sleepy resort so don’t expect a party, it’s quiet by 10pm and the pools close really early. Last year I would rank my stay a 10/10 but unfortunately this year i ran into some trouble. I stayed in the ocean view suites in Mar this time. My room was dank and had a bad smell. The walls were sticky, the room was dirty, hair everywhere, the couch was stained all over and the vent in the shower was covered in thick dust. I talked to the front desk about my concerns and they weren’t very empathetic or helpful but offered me a deep clean. I ended up having to sleep with the patio doors open every night and the fan going otherwise I would wake up and the room would be dank again. They emailed me to check in how my stay was going a couple days. When I listed my issues there a couple days later a new couch and a dehumidifier turned up but I was leaving the next day. I appreciated the response, but it was too little too late. Had the girl at the front desk taken my concerns seriously they could’ve solved these problems on day one. In the end, I will definitely go back to Las Brisas because you’re not really spending much time in the rooms anyway but for the price, I expected better.

We liked the natural beauty of the property and the beaches. Pool was nice but limited seating. Pool and beach service were good however a swim up pool bar would have been nice. Lounge area was nice. Room was nice but anticipated better views (our room had an obstructed view of the ocean). Food was just Ok - both buffet and a la carte. Transportation into town was convenient and friendly. Overall an enjoyable vacation.

The property and facilities are beautiful and very well maintained. However, several of our group had issues with the toilets backing up, and one said their room had a smell. Staff were mostly fantastic and friendly. Beaches were beautiful and the staff friendly and attentive. Fantastic snorkeling on site and the pools were great. Food is very, very average. Even the al a cartes were just okay, and sometimes even worse than the buffet. Expected way better food for what we paid. Best meals we had were in the town. All in all, because of the plumbing issues and the food, we would come back to the area but probably not stay here again.

The property has access to very nice beaches and has good pool areas. The food at the resort was terrible. 10 out of 12 of our group got sick with diarrhea and/or vomiting. At the specialty restaurants the food was mediocre at best, at the buffet it was iffy.

The largest property we have visited. Service, food, entertainment wss great. The only thing we did not like is have to board a shuttle evertwhere you needed to go inside the property. Property is way too large for our taste.
