The hotel doesn't have a restaurant but otherwise it's a very nice stay. Also Expedia claims there is no reception but there is a 24-hour reception desk.

Front desk was very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were simple but were kept neat and clean. The only thing is that it is next to a bar that turns into a club and there is a lot of noise up to very late. If you’re a strong sleeper you will be fine but if you have trouble then I recommend you ask for a room away from the bar/club. The pool is great, and the location is perfectly situated next to many restaurants and a short walk to the beach. Overall had a great stay.

Staff were great and its is close to the beach and the room was nice and clean.. There is a club next door which is extremely load until late which isn't for us but some people may like that. The safe was not secured down but we didn't get a key for that any way. And there is very little lighting in the room.

The receptionist was guiding me where to park in their parking lot and he misled me into thinking there was more room to backup and I dented my rental and had to pay for damage.

Clean, well located to Chahue beach. Good A/C. Easy walk to Other areas. No room fridge, coffee maker, Most rooms face a big Party Club. The throbbing noise of base speakers went all night 3 nights aweek! Since we had to prepay- had to stay! Cost through expedia said $815 pesos Actual price at hotel $974 pesos!

A/C was not the best, barely kept the room cool. Maintenance turns off fancs and A/C after they clean the room so if you are out and about expect a hot room when you get back.

Enjoyed the family size room with 3 beds. Comfortable and nicely located. Nice pool. No restaurant. Staff was helpful and kind. Almost no parking, but was not a problem for us.

Second time at great little property. Charming with good restaurant next door. Only improvement would be refrigerator in room and coffee at least downstairs. No elevator but only one fight of stairs.

Not what i expected.

The photo on Hotels.com shows not their front area, but the neighbors. It has an odd alley to the front desk, no other access from the main street, the cab driver could not find it. Every Saturday night the neighboring nightclub has pounding music until 400am with strobe lights. Beach access is further than the advertised 250 yards. I planned to stay a week, left after one night.

Too expensive

If this hotel was priced at 600 pesos I would give it 4 out of 5. At 1000 pesos it’s too expensive to give it more than 2.5. Clean enough and well located for my needs but too many things missing for a higher score. Towels like sandpaper, no bath mat, no ice, a non functioning room safe and no cold water in the shower. That is worse than no hot. And no balcony as promised in the advertising. These things could be overlooked for a one night stay if the price was lower but at 1000 pesos it’s just too expensive.
