Everything was absolutely perfect and beautiful! I am really satisfied, I enjoyed these 12 days there! Thank you for the good hospitality! Best regards for the restaurant Jose, Miguel, Leo, Paula, you made my days! Also the front desk, sorry I don't know the names but really you are all super nice and thank you all! Location - couldn't be better! Clean ,modern rooms. And what else to say just see you again !

It is conveniently located in the north of Mallorca at Can picafort. The staff at reception and the pool bar were pleasant. I went in for the all inclusive package and I think it was definitely a mistake. Lunch on a daily basis was a let down with a limited menu, so I decided to skip it on the last two daya at the hotel. The selection of cut fruits and cakes at dessert with exactly the same for every lunch and dinner meal. That was exhausting. The drinks package was good and had nice variety. While I was there there was no evening entertainment at all. For the first 3 daya the room that I was allotted had very patch Wifi and the staircase close to it was closed, I requested to move and they did move me to a btter room for the next few day where I had better coverage of wifi. Would I go back, given everything, probably not!

Just come home from a week of b b at the Gran Playa. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 mins from the beachfront and the multitude of restaurants and eateries strewn along the promenade as far as you can walk. So many options for drinks and dining. Open all day long and well into the evening. The rooms are basic but have all you require for your stay. Cleaned everyday and bed made. Everything was functioning in the room. ie a/c, fridge, lights, TV. Bed was memory foam and comfortable. Our room had an accompanying balcony which was perfect for drying clothes and towels overnight ready for the next day. Breakfast was from 8-1030 and had an abundance of fresh foods to gorge on whatever your taste. The pool large enough to swim lengths and was surrounded by sunbeds that mostly caught the sun at some or all of the day. Timings of the use of the pool was our only gripe. It was only open from 10-7pm due to having to have a lifeguard on duty at these times. However guests seemed to be permitted to lounge on or baggsie a sunbed before 10am. Early risers will be rewarded!! (beware of towelgate). We used the gym facilities (I know right??!!) once. Sauna Steam and hot tub all worked well. Every member of staff seemed very friendly to us and very helpful. A special mention must go out to Ana on reception. She was amazing and went above and beyond for all our queries and requirements from information gathering to booking excursions, etc. So friendly....WE LOVE ANA!!! Don't hesitate to book!

Really friendly service and clean rooms! At night it can get a little noisy due to the outdoor bar being below some rooms but this didn’t impact us. 2 minute walk from the beach and lord of shops / dining options nearby.

We had a fabulous time in the hotel, staffs were particularly pleasant. I want to mention Umar in dinning area and Marlon at the bar, they were great, always ready to please the customers with smiles. The buffet was excellent, loads of choices all the amenities was great. Very clean hotel. We loved it and will highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely visit again

Espectacular atención!
El hotel muy bien, las instalaciones limpias y organizadas. Buena recepción, las señoras que atienden allí son muy amables y serviciales. Lo que más puedo destacar es el servicio, los chicos del bar espectacular, muy simpáticos, la bebida bien servida y sobre todo, de lejos los mejores cocktails que he tomado en un todo incluido, preparados a mano y con ganas, además buenísimos! Gracias por eso equipo de la barra!! Piscina muy tranquila, faltarían algunas tumbonas más, y el socorrista te da las toallas ahí mismo, súper! Habitación lo Justo, no es enorme, simplemente camas, balcón con buenas vistas y baño, súper limpias. El hotel en general me dejó encantada a mi y mi pareja, fin de semana de relax absoluto, mucho silencio y buena atención del personal. Muy comprometidos con el medio ambiente, luces con activación por movimiento, aire acondicionado encendido con las ventanas cerradas de la habitación, agua embotellada en cartón reciclable. Eso si, fumar fuera del establecimiento o balcones.. La comida buffet sin quejas, no hay cantidad pero si calidad, está todo el personal atento que no falte de nada, que esté todo limpio y que no haya platos sucios en tu mesa. El spa tiene jacuzzi, sauna y baño turco aunque este último no funcionaba, una pena, también algunas máquinas de gym con vistas al mar, increíble. Al encargado se lo venía por el hotel, muy comprometido y ayudando al personal. No le bajo ni un punto al 10 de este hotel, y volveremos sin dudarlo.

I liked the individuality of the hotel., small, minimalist, nice rooms etc. Food very good and the locality ie beach round the corner and plenty of other places to visit. The only bugbear was the smoking.I know it was in outside areas but the smoking at times was choking. There should be smoke free areas outside.

This hotel is in a great location; 2mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. 5mins walk from the bus stop to/from Palma airport. Some lovely staff, particularly Ansus, who is always smiling, willing to help, have a chat. The bedroom cleaning was a bit of an issue for my friend and I. One day it was great, the next; only the beds made and new towels given. Could have been more consistent

I just spent a week in THB I must say that the staff were always friendly and greeting when passing by them, comfy beds good size of room, bathroom could be more cleaned has there was some mould but good size. Rooms can be cleaned every day, each room has a balcony when I booked my room I booked sea view when arrived was given another room but next day we were moved they were very helpful. ( client are always right ) I must say the swimming pool was always crowded if you want to spend time by the pool you need to go early, entertainment in the evening was good too specially the Flamengo girls,Friday and Saturday night Food was good and tasty too Will I go back YES i will Loved the location a bit price the drinks but a lot of places where you can eat or drink cocktails

First solo trip hotel was great staff friendly and helpful. Great location close to bars restaurants and the beach. You can’t smoke round the pool area and but you can at the pool bar so not a huge issue I was disappointed that the tea coffee and milk were not replenished daily also no complimentary shampoo/conditioner which I would have expected in a 4* Hotel. Overall nice hotel close to everything you could need.
