Next to the beach and I had a wonderful sea view as I received an apartment very close to the sea. The staff was friendly and food was good. Everything was around the hotel available. I would definitely go back.

Absolutely lived it here! Glad we had booked this, so much around the area, shops, beach, dinner options etc. The breakfadt buffet was just brilliant. Recommended to definitely stay here if your on this side of Picafort. The baby cot was good quality and big! Had to drop a star due to some stuff not working in the bathroom like the shower head leaking out by the side and the hairdryer but staff helped us with everything :) 5/5!!! We'll be back!

Beautiful room that looks right out on the beach. The sliders out to the patio are very hard to slide, but otherwise everything was perfect! The breakfast was wonderful and they let us in at 6:30am to get coffee the day we left!

룸 크기도 여유있고 청소도 깨끗했습니다 수영장 사이즈가 크지 않아도 깊은 풀이 있어서 아이 어른 모두 즐거운 시간이었습니다. 주변에 음식점, 슈퍼, 쇼핑몰도 작게 있어서 지내는 3박이 아쉽게 느껴졌네요. 바로 근처에 셀프빨래방도 있어서 너무 좋았답니다 😉

I’ve booked two side sea view rooms and expected to get these. To my disappointment we didn’t get any of the promised rooms. When I’ve complained at reception, my request was ignored. The hotel also charges €3 per day for using the safe lock in the rooms, which is unacceptable! However the location of the hotel is amazing, gorgeous beach and lovely restaurants close by. I would definitely return to this area, but definitely not to this hotel!

Leider sind wir heute wieder nach Deutschland geflogen und alle haben schlechte Laune. Hihi. Dieses Hotel ist eines der besten Hotels, indem ich je verweilt habe. Alles und zwar alles sauber. Jeden Tag wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, es wurde sogar auf Kleinigkeiten geachtet, was ich sehr zu schätzen weiß, leider hatte ich kein Bargeld mehr, denn ich wollte gerne den Ladys eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit da lassen. Aber ja, es war leider so. Das holen wir aber nach, denn es wird definitiv ein Wiedersehen geben. Auch das Personal an Bar etc. und auch der Bademeister des Pools, haben 5 Sterne verdient. Spielzeuge für meine Kleinen standen bereit am Pool, sicher gefühlt und einfach wunderschön. Wir danken für eine wunderschöne Zeit nach 5 Jahren Urlaubspause und freuen uns aufs Jahr 2026.
