The AC was broken in our first room. I paid extra for Suite with a balcony, the AC was broken so I was moved to a room with no balcony and was not offered any compensation. Then the coffee maker did not work in the 2nd room. The staff was very unconcerned. Very disappointed overall

I chose to stay at The Lodge because of its location and affordable price. The place is extremely run down. The bed skirt had 2 large red stains on it. I don’t even want to think what those stains might’ve been. The staff was clueless, there were no amenities except for coffee, tea and lemonade in the lobby. Happy hour was from 5 to 7. Before and after that the lounge was closed. I didn’t see any vending machines but I did find an ice machine. The best part of The Lodge was a view of the mountains from the front parking lot. Disabled parking was convenient to the outside door where we were staying although it was still a long walk to the building. I travel to Santa Fe at least once a year. I will not stay at The Lodge again. I won’t even recommend it to friends or family.

The hotel looks like how you would expect a Santa Fe hotel to look. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The pool was also great.

The building is beautiful! The heating and air was so noisy and it would come on and cut off. Room was dark, not enough lighting. Every time you turn on the light switch, the vent comes on at the same time. In the bathroom . So noisy. Front desk clerks were inattentive

I loved the southwest decor and furniture. We were disappointed there was no frig and microwave in our room. There was only one little garbage can in the bathroom (why not a second one near desk are?). The ice machine was very far away. The resort fee was unnecessary as we did not use the pool area. We never saw an elevator so had to carry items to our room because we could not use a cart. No breakfast facilities because the kitchen was going through renovation.
