These were old buildings that were pretty well kept up. Our room had a lot of space, plus a huge deck. Surfaces were clean but all in all this space was filled with dusty fabrics and upholstery. We had a restless night due to coughing and sneezing from allergies. The coffee maker didn't work. We had to split one small bar of soap between the sink and the shower. There were two of us but there were only three pillows on the bed. There was no black tea at the breakfast, although the fruit was good. We were in Santa Fe to attend a concert at the Lensic, so this hotel was handy for that and close to restaurants. Our stay at this hotel was pretty good in some areas but very bad in others. They could do better.

Pleasantly surprised!
Just 2-3 blocks from the Plaza. Lovely room with SW style. Bed and pillows were great. Had a fridge and water in the room. Included breakfast was wonderful, fresh melons, berries, salad, omelettes, sausage, pancakes, juice, coffee and tea. Snacks, pastries available throughout the day. We had a short in our hairdryer, another one was provided. Would stay here again. Free parking on site.

My stay overall was great. The location was walking distance to downtown area with all the shops and restaurants. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint if anything was that we got in early and weren’t able to check in early at all.

Property far outdated from the pictures shown. Also staff entered several times to fix a broken blind, but came in while we weren’t fully clothed. Took three staff members to try and hand a blind until asking me if I wanted to do it, which I ended up helping them. They also said they’d refund me and it never happened

The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful!! Although we really appreciated the breakfast times, the selection was a bit light when we showed up everyday. As for our room, the air conditioner was too loud to operate while we were sleeping which made it quite hot for us at night and the floor in one of the rooms had a weak spot that seemed quite dangerous. It would also be nice to have access to ice 24/7.
