Good place, good location

The rooms are standard as anywhere else. The bathroom had minor damage but nothing that kept me from using the utilities. The best thing about this hotel is the restaurant/bar (The Social) onsite. The breakfast was the same each day, but it is a hot breakfast. The restaurant does offer a discount for staying there. The hotel has a shuttle but it wasn't always available the times I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay and be close to downtown Santa Fe.

Worst hotel I've seen in a long long time. Avoid!

This place is terrible! The door isn't sealed, so cold air pours in. The heater/ac sounds like it has a cat wrapped in tinfoil trapped inside. The mattress was either lumpy or some springs were loose because my ribs were getting jabbed all night. The blanket, or sheet, they put on was very light, so we ended up going up the street and buying an actual comforter. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. The bathroom door had the core coming out, so it was shoddily screwed back in. There was zero water pressure. it was just flopping out of the shower head. And there was a few pubic hairs on a towel. This place absolutely sucked and we couldn't wait to get out.

we have stayed here before, but this time I found the location deficient in two ways. It was not as clean as on our past visits, and the dog area is so poorly picked up. I was afraid we would track filth in. Second, the breakfast had not been set up 40 minutes after it was scheduled to start. The staff was rude and defensive, even though I tried to approach them to clarify what was happening. Juice and coffee were so watered down that we just decided to go get coffee elsewhere. breakfast consisted of a couple of cheap carbs – – no eggs, no yogurt no meat. Normally the restaurant requires you to pay for the free breakfast if you want meat or eggs, but I heard them say they were out of several things and people could only buy eggs. A convenient location and we like the rooms, but we will not be staying there again the restaurant attached to the hotel is actually quite excellent and we had a fun dinner so that is the only thing I can recommend highly at this location.
