When we checked in we got a dirty room, and on top of that my car got broken into on the property and when i asked to speak to a manager no manger works on the weekends. Also when we asked for camera footage just know that their cameras do not record. Don't take the risk of staying here

Comfortable beds and clean room

Overall, a very comfortable stay as the room was clean, bedsheets were smooth and bed was very comfortable! It provides whatever you need for a good night’s rest.

I’ll be back! Very pleasant

Comfortable, clean hotel, hot shower, comfortable bed, pleasant check-in experience. I had an early am flight and this hotel is the perfect location, close to restaurants, airport a quick 7 minute drive. Clerk Stephen was awesome, welcoming, very pleasant, accommodated me to above ground room as requested (woman traveling solo!). Alondra made the checkup easy and quick. I will be back to this hotel.

Won’t be staying there again

Check in was complicated because they didn’t seem to know how to handle a reservation from Hotels.com, the room was shabby, I found a sock from the last tenant. The road noise was very loud, as was the noise from other guests. They had just soap, shampoo and conditioner. When I asked about a hair dryer, they told me some rooms had them and some don’t. Ours didn’t. They made no effort to locate one from me. Breakfast was so weak we just went out both days.

The hotel is conveniently located near Santa Fe's historic district, with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the curtains didn’t fully close, which was odd—I had to use a carabiner to keep them shut.

Night staff was ok but mlr ing very rude we first our room lock wasnt workong then we have to change the room wasted our time but we asked to stay 1 hour extra they they wanted more money very rude mroning staff
