clean rooms, good beakfast and eating area.. but rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. unless we ask for it... they hv shortages of staffs for room services.

Room was very clean and bathroom counter space was good. Room was very warm no matter that we lowered the temp to 60. Online check-in was a joke. Took my credit card for dog fee after saying no dogs were allowed, yet when I got to the hotel, they had no record of my online check-in. online check-in contained wrong property info and was a waste of time. You shouldn't have to add a drivers license picture. That is creepy and terrible if they have a data breach.
