IT TOOK CLOSE TO AN HOUR TO GET SOMEONE TO THE FRONT DESK. THE PERSON WHO FINALLY SHOWED UP WAS UNKEPT AND NEEDED A SHOWER BADLY. THE LOBBY LOOKED HORRIBLE. THE ROOM HAD BEEN REMODELED SO IT WAS ACCEPTABLE.BUT TO US, IT LOOKED RATHER SCARY AROUND THE GROUNDS AND MANY PEOPLE WERE OUTSIDE SMOKING AND SCARY LOOKING.

The room we had was supposed to be handicap accessible. It minimally met this requirement. It was located way around the back side of the property with no handicap parking spot nearby nor a nearby curb cut. Neither me nor my husband use a wheelchair, but I use a cane. A person in a wheelchair would have had difficulty with this room. A shower seat was available but it was large and difficult to get into the tub. We travel with a smaller shower seat. A hand shower was provided, however. The bed was very tall, thus difficult to get in and out of. Breakfast was provided and was adequate. In sum our stay was OK and did the job. We were able to make it work. The room would be OK for anyone with no mobility issues.

The room was ok however there were gnats all over in the room,the toilet kept running all night and there was A puddle of water by the closet. I could not use my AARP card because i did not show it when i checked in. I am not to happy with this.

It’s been around since the 80s & they’re doing everything they can to keep it up. I’m handicap. The handicap accessible bathroom was NOT ADA compliant. ADA compliant does NOT mean a step in shower!! The shower bench & removable shower head was a plus
