What a beautiful property! The rooms and the whole layout of the hotel are very nice. Everyone who works there acts as if you’re visiting their home. Such a welcoming staff. The rooms we had had a private patio or balcony. Lovely.

I love the genteel vibe of this place...not only are the employees lovely, helpful, and agreeable, but they make you feel genuinely welcome. The hotel is comfortable and wonderfully quiet. The breakfast accommodates many different appetites and tastes and is very generous. Oh, and did I mention the beds? So comfy! I believe I'm a fan for life.

We were very happy with choosing to stay at the Inn on the Alameda. It is a short walk to the center but provides a calm and relaxing feel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is well maintained and the breakfast was tasteful and adequate. We tried the restaurant a few times and really liked the food and the restaurant outdoor area is charming. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and appeared to really enjoy their work. Overall we were very happy with our four night stay.
