We really like the room and the hotel overall, the only thing is that I have sinusitis and the rooms have a chimney in them and everything smelled like smoke and even though we opened the window, it was still there…but that was the only thing that affected ME…aside of that, the attention was great, the food also great, the areas are beautiful and the room was big, clean and had all the amenities we needed

April '25 construction going on. If you're out most of the day not much of an issue. Appreciated that I asked for quiet room and they delivered w room facing a parking lot...so not a view but very quiet and room stays dark in the morning. It's pleasing southwest decor. Not a fancy, high end feel but comfortable with good bed and pillows. Bathrooms are small and could you a little modernization. So much great eating nearby...loved Cafe Pasqual, Teahouse Bistro, Geronimo, The Shed.

It's old, next to a busy street, the inside cupboards and doors don't close easily , the breakfast was mediocre ( don't get the pancakes!) Coffee was cold. It's not an Adobe style. Sure the location is good, but so are most of the other hotels. Don't think the price was justified for what you get.

The room was great. We really enjoyed the kiva style real wood burning fireplace. The staff were very nice, friendly and helpful. The food and drinks at the restaurant were excellent but they could have a couple more vegetarian options on the menu.

Great hotel

We had such a great visit to Santa Fe. The staff, especially Ken, gave us great advice. All of the staff were so helpful. Having breakfast available everyday was great!
