Very nice, but.
Room was nice but did not have a dresser and the bathroom did not have storage for toiletries. The “living room” pool, hot tub, and little shops we’re great. Also, the gym was fully fitted. Super location.

Love This Place
We had a great time. So many nice amenities. Very pleasant staff always willing to help. Nice and reasonable happy hour. Very good restaurant. Nice size room as compared to other places we have stayed in Santa Fe. We will stay here again next time.

The staff at hotel and spa were great friendly and professional. We loved the valet team very friendly speedy and accommodating. The hotel restaurant was not great. Food substandard for boutique hotel and spa. The free coffee tickets were annoying. I did not even get enough for me and my daughter for each night we stayed. The Tasting room is dual coffee pastry in morning and cocktails in afternoon. The bar was a mess so many open bottles, bottles laying by sink in front and behind all counter space and did not appear clean. Also going to get coffee in the morning when you wake up you don’t want to stand in line while people order special coffee and pastry. There should be self serve black coffee service. Waiting for 20 min for free mediocre coffee was awful. The rooms and hallways are looking worn down even though we still loved the character or the Spa Hotel. The pool and spa were great places and very clean looking. The Livong room menu needs more non chili menu, more fresh options and could benefit from dessert option maybe even partnering with the churro bar which is great but did not se very busy. We loved th walkable area the close shops and very engaging stores.

This was an amazing stay located walking distance to everything on the heart of Santa Fe. The lobby is beautiful. The bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. The staff was welcoming and very service oriented. We can’t wait for our next visit.

first time in Santa Fe
This is a very nice property. There are some minor things that show its age, but still has a nice modern feel. The location is great for easy walking to all of the plaza area shops and restaurants.
