Nice rooms, great staff. Excellent shuttle services to Old Town Santa Fe and local restaurants. The hotel restaurant also served very good food and some entertainment in late afternoon/evening was available. We even enjoyed a couples massage at the spa. We would stay here again and would recommend this place without hesitation.

The restaurant Amaya was excellent. I had breakfast in bed. The best breakfast burrito ever green chili of course.My hubby had Berry French Tiast and loved it. This hitrl Hacienda spa connected with it.

I love this hotel. It is so beautifully done. The southwestern art, the evening performers, the friendly staff, the morning yoga and of course the comfy bed and room! I will be staying here when I return next year! I really love that it is Native American owned and always want to support the native population whenever I can.

We would not stay at Hotel Santa Fe again. The location of this hotel is on several busy roads and it is LOUD, not to mention the noise generated from guests staying above us. The rooms are old and dated but clean. The bathroom is very small (we stayed in a junior suite). However, there are some nice features of the hotel. The pool is small but the chairs are comfortable and towels are provided. The hotel staff are pleasant. The best benefit of the hotel is the shuttle that is provided to get you around town. The drivers are very personable and have a wealth of information. The shuttle is free but tipping is encouraged. While the parking is technically free, there is a $21/day resort fee. I shopped around quite a bit before booking our stay at Hotel Santa Fe and wish I would have selected a different hotel mostly due to the noise of the traffic which is no fault of the hotel.
