Hotel is an older property with older furniture, but the decor is lovely and hotel is conveniently located close to downtown and the railyard. They also offer a complementary shuttle. Most of the staff were very friendly. The only complaints which are very minor is our suite was missing the slippers to go with our robes and our room was right next to the exit door so it was a little noisy. Otherwise a very cozy hotel in a great location.

The hotel is nice with lots of local flare. It’s also walking distance to the downtown plaza that has great shops and museums. I paid extra to have the continental breakfast and in hindsight wish that I hadn’t done that. Their continental breakfast options were pretty slim. I preferred grabbing coffee and breakfast at the awesome bakery across the street. And their website is misleading because it suggests that there is room service but you actually need to go down to the restaurant to order food and you then can have it delivered to your room. I did get a massage at the spa by Oliver, which was fantastic!!
