I was treated so well. I was able to check in early; they communicated with me and took care of my needs no matter how small they were. Although it's not the fanciest hotel in SF, I would stay here again due to their hospitality and my experience.

Not great. But not that good.
I deliberately chose an independent hotel instead of a chain. And it's safe to say that my expectations were unfortunately met. Meaning, it wasn't anything special but had a good price. The check-in was straight forward. Things took a turn when I entered the room. I was greeted with a rather noticeable smell of urine. The weekend I was there was also a big weekend for tourists. I contemplated going to the desk and asking for another room but figured they were completely booked like most hotels in the area. When I turned the A/C on and cooled down the room, it became tolerable. I did mention it when I checked out. I suggested that someone do a HEAVY cleaning due to the urine smell. The woman apologized but that seamed more obligatory than sincere. Oh, well.

Very dirty bedsheets. Requested twice to change, took pics but no one bothered to come to change! Rooms have a filthy smell and if you are non smoker, it’s hard to breath in with doors closed

**Quiet, nice clean room, close to many restaurants, excellent check in ... i would stay there again and recommend ** only negative was when i got back to hotel at around 10:30 Saturday night, all parking spaces were taken. Clerk on duty handled it well and opened up some reserved spaces
